The first CardioReGenix meeting for the partners was held at The Faculty Club, Leuven. The meeting provided an opportunity for the partners to engage in discussion regarding the project and the work programme. The meeting was successful in providing a strong scientific foundation on which to proceed with the initial R&D activities of the project.
The second consortium meeting was held in Barcelona, Spain during October. The consortium held detailed discussions regarding the project progress and preparation of scientific and media publications associated with the project. The partners also discussed the work plan for the project to June 2020 to identify any potential risks that could impact project progress and how they would be addressed.
